Mercer Way and several of the smaller roads and neighborhoods offer homes with beautiful views of Lake Washington and the east side. Some homes also have views of Mount Rainier. Again, these homes were built in the 1950s to the 1970s so you’re likely to see generally two-story homes with four or five bedrooms, 3 to 4 bathrooms, and in sizes from about 1900 ft.² to 3500 ft.². Most of these homes are also located on extremely wooded lots, so mature landscaping is often the draw for homebuyers.

The middle school is really the only one that’s a little bit of a drive.
